Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Approved Refunds:

• Prepaid Orders: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within [5–7 business days].

• Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund free of charge.
